INGREDIENTS

Sugar cubes1
Angostura bitters4 dashes
Dubonnet (red wine aperitif)½ oz1,5 cl
Champagne3 oz9 cl
Lemon twistGarnish

Glass: Champagne flute
Method: Built in the glass
Base: Wine/Sparkling

METHOD

Grab a champagne flute.
Add 1 sugar cubes.
4 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Pour in the Dubonnet.
Top with champagne.
Give it a quick stir.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
