- Old Tom gin1¼ oz4 cl
- Maraschino¼ oz1 cl
- Lemon juice¼ oz1 cl
- Orange bitters2 dashes
- Lemon twist, cocktail cherryGarnish

METHOD
- Chill a coupe.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add Old Tom gin to the shaker.
- Add maraschino to the shaker.
- Add lemon juice to the shaker.
- 2 dashes of orange bitters.
- Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
- Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
