• Dry vermouth1¾ oz5 cl
• Bénédictine½ oz1,5 cl
• Absinthe4 dashes
• Orange twistGarnish

METHOD

1. Chill a Nick & Nora glass.
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
3. Add dry vermouth to the mixing glass.
4. Add Bénédictine to the mixing glass.
5. 4 dashes of absinthe.
6. Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
7. Strain into the chilled glass.
8. Garnish with an orange twist.
