  • Lime juice1 oz3 cl
  • Simple syrup¾ oz2 cl
  • Angostura bitters4 dashes

METHOD

  1. Grab a rocks glass.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Pour in the genever.
  4. Pour in the lime juice.
  5. Pour in the simple syrup.
  6. 4 dashes of Angostura bitters.
  7. Swizzle with a swizzle stick (until the glass frosts).
  8. Garnish with a lime twist.
