METHOD

1. Chill a coupe.
2. Add 2 mint leaves.
3. Muddle in the mixing glass (gently, just release the aroma).
4. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
5. Add gin to the mixing glass.
6. A dash of peach bitters.
7. Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
8. Strain into the chilled glass.
9. Garnish with a mint leaf.
