  • Gin1¾ oz5 cl
  • Lemon juice¾ oz2,3 cl
  • Simple syrup¾ oz2 cl
  • Angostura bitters3 dashes
  • Lemon wheelGarnish

METHOD

  1. Grab a rocks glass.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Add gin to the shaker.
  4. Add lemon juice to the shaker.
  5. Add simple syrup to the shaker.
  6. 3 dashes of Angostura bitters.
  7. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
  8. Fill the glass with ice.
  9. Strain over fresh ice.
  10. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
