- Angostura bitters3 dashes
- Simple syrup½ tsp2,5 ml

METHOD
- Chill a coupe.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice.
- Add gin to the mixing glass.
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Add simple syrup to the mixing glass.
- Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
