INGREDIENTS
- Vanilla vodka1¼ oz4 cl
- Passion fruit liqueur (Passoã)½ oz1,5 cl
- Passion fruit purée1 oz3 cl
- Lime juice½ oz1,5 cl
- Vanilla syrup¼ oz1 cl
- Prosecco (served on the side)2 oz6 cl
- Half a passion fruit, Prosecco on the sideGarnish

METHOD
- Chill a coupe.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add vanilla vodka to the shaker.
- Add passion fruit liqueur to the shaker.
- Add passion fruit purée to the shaker.
- Add lime juice to the shaker.
- Add vanilla syrup to the shaker.
- Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with half a passion fruit.
