METHOD

1. Chill a champagne flute.
2. Add 2¾ oz (wt) lemon sorbet.
3. Add ice to the blender.
4. Add vodka to the blender.
5. Add Prosecco to the blender.
6. Blend until smooth (about 20 seconds (sped up)).
7. Pour into the champagne flute.
8. Garnish with a lemon twist.
