INGREDIENTS
- Irish cream¾ oz2 cl
- Coffee liqueur¾ oz2 cl
- Frangelico¾ oz2 cl
- Honey syrup¾ oz2 cl
- Heavy cream1 oz3 cl
- Chocolate shavings, honey rimGarnish

METHOD
- Chill a martini glass.
- Rim the glass with honey (moisten the rim, then dip).
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add Irish cream to the shaker.
- Add coffee liqueur to the shaker.
- Add Frangelico to the shaker.
- Add honey syrup to the shaker.
- Add heavy cream to the shaker.
- Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Dust with chocolate shavings.
