- Suze (gentian liqueur)¾ oz2 cl

METHOD
- Grab a rocks glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice.
- Add gin to the mixing glass.
- Add Lillet Blanc to the mixing glass.
- Add Suze to the mixing glass.
- Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
- Add one big ice cube.
- Strain over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
