• Fino sherry1½ oz4,5 cl
• Sweet vermouth1½ oz4,5 cl
• Orange bitters2 dashes
• Orange twistGarnish

METHOD

1. Chill a coupe.
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
3. Add fino sherry to the mixing glass.
4. Add sweet vermouth to the mixing glass.
5. 2 dashes of orange bitters.
6. Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
7. Strain into the chilled glass.
8. Garnish with an orange twist.
