- Fino sherry1½ oz4,5 cl
- Dry vermouth1½ oz4,5 cl
- Angostura bitters1 dash
- Orange bitters1 dash
- Lemon twistGarnish

METHOD
- Chill a coupe.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice.
- Add fino sherry to the mixing glass.
- Add dry vermouth to the mixing glass.
- A dash of Angostura bitters.
- A dash of orange bitters.
- Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
