• Bourbon1 oz3 cl
• Calvados1 oz3 cl
• Grenadine¼ oz7,5 ml
• Simple syrup¼ oz7,5 ml
• Orange flower water1 dash
• Orange bitters1 dash
• Passion fruit (pulp)1

METHOD

1. Chill a coupe.
2. Add 1 passion fruit.
3. Muddle in the shaker (gently, just release the aroma).
4. Fill the shaker with ice.
5. Add bourbon to the shaker.
6. Add Calvados to the shaker.
7. Add grenadine to the shaker.
8. Add simple syrup to the shaker.
9. A dash of orange flower water.
10. A dash of orange bitters.
11. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
12. Strain into the chilled glass.
