METHOD
- Chill a coupe.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add bourbon to the shaker.
- Add Aperol to the shaker.
- Add Amaro Nonino to the shaker.
- Add lemon juice to the shaker.
- Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
