INGREDIENTS

  • Banana liqueur1 oz3 cl
  • Crème de cacao (white)1 oz3 cl
  • Heavy cream1 oz3 cl

METHOD

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Add banana liqueur to the shaker.
  4. Add crème de cacao to the shaker.
  5. Add heavy cream to the shaker.
  6. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
  7. Strain into the chilled glass.
