- Bourbon (bacon infused)2 oz6 cl
- Maple syrup¼ oz1 cl
- Angostura bitters2 dashes
- Orange twistGarnish

METHOD
- Grab a rocks glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice.
- Add bourbon to the mixing glass.
- Add maple syrup to the mixing glass.
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
- Add one big ice cube.
- Strain over fresh ice.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
