• Coffee liqueur½ oz1,5 cl
• Orange bitters2 dashes
• Flamed orange twistGarnish

METHOD

1. Chill a coupe.
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
3. Add bourbon to the mixing glass.
4. Add coffee liqueur to the mixing glass.
5. 2 dashes of orange bitters.
6. Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
7. Strain into the chilled glass.
8. Garnish with a flamed orange twist.
