Bloody Bull

INGREDIENTS

• Vodka1¾ oz5 cl
• Beef broth (cold)1¾ oz5 cl
• Tomato juice1¾ oz5 cl
• Lemon juice½ tsp2,5 ml
• Worcestershire sauce3 dashes
• Celery salt1 pinch1 g
• White pepper1 pinch0,5 g
• OliveGarnish

METHOD

1. Grab a highball glass.
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
3. Add vodka to the mixing glass.
4. Add beef broth to the mixing glass.
5. Add tomato juice to the mixing glass.
6. Add lemon juice to the mixing glass.
7. 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
8. A pinch of celery salt.
9. A pinch of white pepper.
10. Roll between two tins (gently, don't shake).
11. Fill the glass with ice.
12. Strain over fresh ice.
13. Garnish with an olive.
