Bloody Caesar

INGREDIENTS

• Vodka1½ oz4,5 cl
• Clamato juice4 oz12 cl
• Lime juice½ oz1,5 cl
• Worcestershire sauce2 dashes
• Tabasco1 dash
• Celery salt rim, celery stalkGarnish

METHOD

1. Grab a highball glass.
2. Rim with celery salt (moisten the rim, then dip).
3. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
4. Add vodka to the mixing glass.
5. Add Clamato juice to the mixing glass.
6. Add lime juice to the mixing glass.
7. 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
8. A dash of Tabasco.
9. Roll between two tins (gently, don't shake).
10. Fill the glass with ice.
11. Strain over fresh ice.
12. Garnish with a celery stalk.
