• Jamaican rum (aged)¾ oz2,3 cl
• Triple sec¾ oz2,3 cl
• Lime juice½ oz1,5 cl

METHOD

1. Chill a coupe.
2. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Add cognac to the shaker.
4. Add Jamaican rum to the shaker.
5. Add triple sec to the shaker.
6. Add lime juice to the shaker.
7. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
8. Strain into the chilled glass.
