• Pineapple juice¾ oz2 cl
• Champagne2 oz6 cl
• Cointreau¼ oz1 cl

METHOD

1. Chill a martini glass.
2. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Add vodka to the shaker.
4. Add pineapple juice to the shaker.
5. Add Cointreau to the shaker.
6. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
7. Strain into the chilled glass.
8. Top with champagne.
9. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
