  • Campari1 oz3 cl
  • Sweet vermouth1 oz3 cl
  • Orange twistGarnish

METHOD

  1. Grab a rocks glass.
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
  3. Add mezcal to the mixing glass.
  4. Add Campari to the mixing glass.
  5. Add sweet vermouth to the mixing glass.
  6. Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
  7. Add one big ice cube.
  8. Strain over fresh ice.
  9. Garnish with an orange twist.
