METHOD

1. Grab a rocks glass.
2. Add 1 lime.
3. Add 2 tsp brown cane sugar.
4. Muddle gently (press, don't shred).
5. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
6. Pour in the sake.
7. Give it a quick stir.
