METHOD

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
  3. Add gin to the mixing glass.
  4. Add sake to the mixing glass.
  5. Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
  6. Strain into the chilled glass.
  7. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
