INGREDIENTS

  • Vodka1¼ oz4 cl
  • Apricot brandy¾ oz2 cl
  • Lemon juice¾ oz2 cl
  • Grenadine¼ oz1 cl
  • Passion fruit juice2¾ oz8 cl
  • Orange slice, cocktail cherryGarnish

METHOD

  1. Grab a hurricane glass.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Add vodka to the shaker.
  4. Add apricot brandy to the shaker.
  5. Add lemon juice to the shaker.
  6. Add grenadine to the shaker.
  7. Add passion fruit juice to the shaker.
  8. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
  9. Fill the glass with ice.
  10. Strain over fresh ice.
  11. Garnish with an orange slice.
  12. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
