METHOD
- Chill a martini glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice.
- Add vodka to the mixing glass.
- Add dry vermouth to the mixing glass.
- Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
