- Green Chartreuse1½ oz4,5 cl
- Falernum½ oz1,5 cl
- Pineapple juice1 oz3 cl
- Lime juice¾ oz2 cl
- Mint sprig, nutmegGarnish

- Swizzled

METHOD
- Grab a Collins glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour in the green Chartreuse.
- Pour in the falernum.
- Pour in the pineapple juice.
- Pour in the lime juice.
- Swizzle with a swizzle stick (until the glass frosts).
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
- Dust with nutmeg.
