- Egg yolk1
- Sugar2 tsp10 g
- Rum¾ oz2 cl
- Whipped cream1 oz3 cl
- Whipped cream, cinnamonGarnish

- Served hot

METHOD
- Warm a glass mug.
- Add 2 tsp sugar.
- Pour in the white wine.
- Pour in the egg yolk.
- Pour in the rum.
- Stir.
- Gently spoon the whipped cream on top.
- Dust with cinnamon.
