- Star anise1
- Orange slice, cinnamon stickGarnish

- Served hot

METHOD
- Warm a glass mug.
- Add 1 tbsp sugar.
- Add 3 cloves.
- Add 1 star anise.
- Pour in the red wine.
- Pour in the orange juice.
- Stir.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
