Honi Honi

INGREDIENTS

• Bourbon1¾ oz5 cl
• Triple sec¼ oz1 cl
• Lime juice½ oz1,5 cl
• Orgeat (almond syrup)¼ oz1 cl
• Simple syrup¼ oz7,5 ml
• Pineapple wedge, cocktail cherry, mint sprigGarnish

METHOD

1. Grab a rocks glass.
2. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Add bourbon to the shaker.
4. Add triple sec to the shaker.
5. Add lime juice to the shaker.
6. Add orgeat to the shaker.
7. Add simple syrup to the shaker.
8. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
9. Fill the glass with ice.
10. Strain over fresh ice.
11. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
12. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
