• Sparkling wine2 oz6 cl
• Peach liqueur¼ oz1 cl
• Peach pieces1½ oz (wt)40 g

METHOD

1. Grab a wine glass.
2. Add 1½ oz (wt) peach pieces.
3. Fill the glass with ice.
4. Pour in the white wine.
5. Pour in the peach liqueur.
6. Top with sparkling wine.
7. Give it a quick stir.
8. Garnish with a peach wedge.
