White Sangria

- Peach liqueur¾ oz2 cl
- Triple sec¾ oz2 cl
- Club soda1¼ oz4 cl
- Fruit pieces1 oz (wt)30 g

METHOD
- Grab a wine glass.
- Add 1 oz (wt) fruit pieces.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour in the white wine.
- Pour in the peach liqueur.
- Pour in the triple sec.
- Top with club soda.
- Give it a quick stir.
- Garnish with an apple.
