  • Cachaça1½ oz4,5 cl
  • Sweet vermouth1 oz3 cl
  • Cynar1 tsp5 ml
  • Orange twistGarnish

METHOD

  1. Grab a rocks glass.
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
  3. Add cachaça to the mixing glass.
  4. Add sweet vermouth to the mixing glass.
  5. Add Cynar to the mixing glass.
  6. Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
  7. Add one big ice cube.
  8. Strain over fresh ice.
  9. Garnish with an orange twist.
