METHOD
- Chill a coupe.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add cognac to the shaker.
- Add crème de cacao to the shaker.
- Add heavy cream to the shaker.
- Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Dust with nutmeg.
