- Dark rum1 oz3 cl
- Milk2 oz6 cl
- Heavy cream1 oz3 cl
- Egg yolk1
- Simple syrup¼ oz1 cl

METHOD
- Grab a rocks glass.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add brandy to the shaker.
- Add dark rum to the shaker.
- Add milk to the shaker.
- Add heavy cream to the shaker.
- Add egg yolk to the shaker.
- Add simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Strain over fresh ice.
- Dust with nutmeg.
