METHOD

1. Chill a coupe.
2. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Add Calvados to the shaker.
4. Add cognac to the shaker.
5. Add triple sec to the shaker.
6. Add lemon juice to the shaker.
7. Add simple syrup to the shaker.
8. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
9. Strain into the chilled glass.
