- Applejack or Calvados1½ oz4,5 cl
- Grenadine½ oz1,5 cl
- Lemon juice¾ oz2 cl
- Apple sliceGarnish

METHOD
- Chill a coupe.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add applejack or Calvados to the shaker.
- Add grenadine to the shaker.
- Add lemon juice to the shaker.
- Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an apple slice.
