- Calvados1 oz3 cl
- Bénédictine½ oz1,5 cl
- Yellow Chartreuse½ oz1,5 cl
- Angostura bitters2 dashes

METHOD
- Chill a coupe.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice.
- Add Calvados to the mixing glass.
- Add Bénédictine to the mixing glass.
- Add yellow Chartreuse to the mixing glass.
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Stir until ice-cold (about 30 seconds (sped up)).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
