• Bénédictine1 oz3 cl
• Lemon juice½ oz1,5 cl
• Orange curaçao1 tsp5 ml

METHOD

1. Chill a coupe.
2. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Add Calvados to the shaker.
4. Add Bénédictine to the shaker.
5. Add lemon juice to the shaker.
6. Add orange curaçao to the shaker.
7. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
8. Strain into the chilled glass.
