INGREDIENTS

• White rum1¾ oz5 cl
• Dark rum1¾ oz5 cl
• Passion fruit juice1 oz3 cl
• Orange juice1 oz3 cl
• Lime juice½ oz1,5 cl
• Simple syrup¼ oz1 cl
• Grenadine¼ oz1 cl
• Orange slice, cocktail cherryGarnish

METHOD

1. Grab a hurricane glass.
2. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Add white rum to the shaker.
4. Add dark rum to the shaker.
5. Add passion fruit juice to the shaker.
6. Add orange juice to the shaker.
7. Add lime juice to the shaker.
8. Add simple syrup to the shaker.
9. Add grenadine to the shaker.
10. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
11. Fill the glass with ice.
12. Strain over fresh ice.
13. Garnish with an orange slice.
14. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
