Planter's Punch

INGREDIENTS

• Jamaican rum (dark)1¼ oz4 cl
• Lime juice¾ oz2 cl
• Grenadine¼ oz1 cl
• Orange juice2 oz6 cl
• Pineapple juice2 oz6 cl
• Angostura bitters2 dashes
• Orange slice, cocktail cherryGarnish

METHOD

1. Grab a highball glass.
2. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Add Jamaican rum to the shaker.
4. Add lime juice to the shaker.
5. Add grenadine to the shaker.
6. Add orange juice to the shaker.
7. Add pineapple juice to the shaker.
8. 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
9. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
10. Fill the glass with ice.
11. Strain over fresh ice.
12. Garnish with an orange slice.
13. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
