- Cream (lightly whipped)1 oz3 cl

METHOD
- Warm an Irish coffee glass.
- Add 2 tsp brown sugar.
- Pour in the Irish whiskey.
- Pour in the hot coffee.
- Stir.
- Gently spoon the cream on top.
- Dust with nutmeg.
