Irish Maid

INGREDIENTS

• Irish whiskey1¾ oz5 cl
• Elderflower liqueur½ oz1,5 cl
• Lemon juice¾ oz2 cl
• Simple syrup½ oz1,5 cl
• Cucumber slices2
• Cucumber sliceGarnish

METHOD

1. Grab a rocks glass.
2. Add 2 cucumber slices.
3. Muddle in the shaker (gently, just release the aroma).
4. Fill the shaker with ice.
5. Add Irish whiskey to the shaker.
6. Add elderflower liqueur to the shaker.
7. Add lemon juice to the shaker.
8. Add simple syrup to the shaker.
9. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
10. Fill the glass with ice.
11. Strain over fresh ice.
12. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
