INGREDIENTS

• Irish whiskey½ oz1,5 cl
• Peach liqueur½ oz1,5 cl
• Sweet & sour mix½ oz1,5 cl
• Lemon soda¼ oz1 cl

METHOD

1. Grab a shot glass.
2. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Add Irish whiskey to the shaker.
4. Add peach liqueur to the shaker.
5. Add sweet & sour mix to the shaker.
6. Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
7. Strain into the chilled glass.
8. Top with lemon soda.
