• Peach liqueur½ oz1,5 cl
• Pineapple juice1½ oz4,5 cl
• Simple syrup¾ oz2 cl
• Lime juice¾ oz2,3 cl
• Mint leaves10
• Pineapple wedge, cocktail cherry, mint sprigGarnish

METHOD

1. Chill a coupe.
2. Add 10 mint leaves.
3. Add ice to the blender.
4. Add white rum to the blender.
5. Add peach liqueur to the blender.
6. Add pineapple juice to the blender.
7. Add simple syrup to the blender.
8. Add lime juice to the blender.
9. Blend until smooth (about 20 seconds (sped up)).
10. Pour into the coupe.
11. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
12. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
