Frozen Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • White rum1 oz3 cl
  • Peach liqueur½ oz1,5 cl
  • Lime juice¾ oz2 cl
  • Honey syrup½ oz1,5 cl
  • Pineapple chunks (puréed)1 oz3 cl
  • Mint leaves10
  • Mint sprigGarnish

METHOD

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add 10 mint leaves.
  3. Add ice to the blender.
  4. Add white rum to the blender.
  5. Add peach liqueur to the blender.
  6. Add lime juice to the blender.
  7. Add honey syrup to the blender.
  8. Add pineapple chunks to the blender.
  9. Blend until smooth (about 20 seconds (sped up)).
  10. Pour into the coupe.
  11. Garnish with a mint sprig.
