INGREDIENTS

• Demerara rum1 oz3 cl
• Jamaican rum1 oz3 cl
• Orange juice½ oz1,5 cl
• Lime juice½ oz1,5 cl
• Falernum½ oz1,5 cl
• Passion fruit syrup½ oz1,5 cl
• Absinthe1 dash
• Angostura bitters1 dash
• Mint sprig, limeGarnish

METHOD

1. Grab a tiki mug.
2. Add ice to the blender.
3. Add Demerara rum to the blender.
4. Add Jamaican rum to the blender.
5. Add orange juice to the blender.
6. Add lime juice to the blender.
7. Add falernum to the blender.
8. Add passion fruit syrup to the blender.
9. A dash of absinthe.
10. A dash of Angostura bitters.
11. Blend until smooth (about 20 seconds (sped up)).
12. Pour into the tiki mug.
13. Garnish with a mint sprig.
