INGREDIENTS

• Jamaican rum1½ oz4,5 cl
• White rum¾ oz2 cl
• Triple sec½ oz1,5 cl
• Lime juice½ oz1,5 cl
• Falernum¼ oz1 cl
• Absinthe1 dash
• Angostura bitters1 dash
• Cocktail cherryGarnish

METHOD

1. Grab a rocks glass.
2. Add ice to the blender.
3. Add Jamaican rum to the blender.
4. Add white rum to the blender.
5. Add triple sec to the blender.
6. Add lime juice to the blender.
7. Add falernum to the blender.
8. A dash of absinthe.
9. A dash of Angostura bitters.
10. Blend until smooth (about 20 seconds (sped up)).
11. Pour into the rocks glass.
12. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
