INGREDIENTS
- Spiced rum1½ oz4,5 cl
- Orange curaçao¾ oz2 cl
- Lemon juice1 oz3 cl
- Simple syrup½ oz1,5 cl
- Cinnamon sugar rim, orange twistGarnish

METHOD
- Chill a coupe.
- Rim the glass with sugar (moisten the rim, then dip).
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Add spiced rum to the shaker.
- Add orange curaçao to the shaker.
- Add lemon juice to the shaker.
- Add simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake hard (10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
